Role description

Role Proficiency:

Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others' developmental activities

Outcomes:

Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.

Code debug test document and communicate product/component/feature development stages.

Validate results with user representatives; integrates and commissions the overall solution

Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components or creating own solutions

Optimises efficiency cost and quality.

Influence and improve customer satisfaction

Set FAST goals for self/team; provide feedback to FAST goals of team members

Measures of Outcomes:

Adherence to engineering process and standards (coding standards)

Adherence to project schedule / timelines

Number of technical issues uncovered during the execution of the project

Number of defects in the code

Number of defects post delivery

Number of non compliance issues

On time completion of mandatory compliance trainings

Manage Project:

Manage delivery of modules and/or manage user stories

Manage Defects:

Perform defect RCA and mitigation

Identify defect trends and take proactive measures to improve quality

Estimate:

Create and provide input for effort estimation for projects

Manage knowledge:

Consume and contribute to project related documents
share point libraries and client universities

Review the reusable documents created by the team

Release:

Execute and monitor release process

Design:

Contribute to creation of design (HLD
LLD SAD)/architecture for Applications/Features/Business Components/Data Models

Interface with Customer:

Clarify requirements and provide guidance to development team

Manage Team:

Additional Comments:

We are looking for a skilled UI Developer with expertise in Angular to create dynamic and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of front-end development principles and a passion for delivering high-quality user interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using Angular (latest versions). Collaborate with UX designers and backend developers to implement intuitive and responsive UI components. Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Ensure adherence to accessibility and usability standards. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Angular (v8+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience with RxJS, Angular CLI, and component-based architecture. Familiarity with state management tools (e.g., NgRx). Understanding of RESTful services and asynchronous programming. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in front-end development with Angular. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Attributes: Exposure to UI/UX design principles. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
