Job Description

Role Proficiency:

Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others' developmental activities

Outcomes:

Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.

Code debug test document and communicate product/component/feature development stages.

Validate results with user representatives; integrates and commissions the overall solution

Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components or creating own solutions

Optimises efficiency cost and quality.

Influence and improve customer satisfaction

Set FAST goals for self/team; provide feedback to FAST goals of team members

Adherence to engineering process and standards (coding standards)

Number of technical issues uncovered during the execution of the project

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications using modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across Java, Microservices Architecture, Node.js, Vue.js, Handlebars, AWS, and GitHub, and will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end solutions.

Position: Full Stack Engineer Experience Required: 5+ years Location: Hybrid (weekly 2 days from BLR office) Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java and Node.js. • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability. • Develop and optimize front-end applications using Vue.js and Handlebars. • Integrate and deploy applications on AWS cloud services ensuring high availability and security. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to industry best practices. • Manage version control and continuous integration/deployment workflows using GitHub. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance. • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to technical documentation
