Relationship Manager- Gulbarga

You will be responsible for coordinating with SBI Branches in the Region / Location, assuming full accountability for all aspects of sales in the Branch, and liaising with SBI Branches in the Circle / RBO / Location. Your primary role as a Relationship Manager will involve selling SBIMF products at the identified location and surrounding areas, focusing on Relationship Building to drive sales. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prospecting customers through New client acquisition, network, database, References, and open market. - Liaising with investors / distributors / banks / institutions to sell / target specific schemes as identified by the Business Head. - Coordinating & Organizing Investor Awareness Programs. - Building and maintaining healthy business relations with customers to enhance satisfaction and secure repeat business. - Penetrating all targeted key accounts and identifying upselling opportunities. - Ensuring adherence to sales processes and requirements. - Achieving monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan targets. - Developing channels & networking skills for Channel Sales. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Quick thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as a team player. - Excellent communication and active listening skills. - Account Management and Presentation Skills. - Thorough understanding of products and competition. - Knowledge of regulatory framework and Taxation Laws. - Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and results. - Good knowledge of Equity and Debt Markets, MFD Certification. It is mandatory to have: - Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales within BFSI & AMC industry. - NISM V-A certification. - Good communication skills. - Minimum graduate qualification (Bachelor's degree).
