  We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Software Engineer with 7+ years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Java, Kafka, RESTful APIs, and AWS. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems that scale to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems using Java. Integrate and manage real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka. Develop and consume RESTful APIs to support front-end applications and third-party integrations. Deploy and manage services on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability. Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of hands-on experience in backend development. Strong programming skills in Java (Java 8+ preferred). Solid experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data processing. Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs. Proficiency with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, etc. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Nice to Have: Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
