Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Lead Generation Specialist who can identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and convert interest into qualified meetings. The ideal candidate should be confident, articulate, and skilled in communication—capable of convincing prospects to book discovery calls or meetings.

This role also includes managing and responding to emails, maintaining lead databases, and supporting the sales team with timely follow-ups. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Identify, research, and target potential clients through various platforms (LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling if required).
• Initiate communication with prospects and clearly present company services.
• Convince potential clients to book meetings, demos, or discovery calls with the sales team.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

Email & Communication Management

• Send outreach emails, follow-ups, and responses in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage incoming emails and ensure quick communication with prospects.
• Draft well-structured messages and maintain email etiquette.

Coordination & Reporting

• Schedule meetings between prospects and the business development team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and outcomes in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on outreach performance.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive tone.
• Basic understanding of lead generation, email outreach, or sales workflows.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow timelines.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.
• Any background in marketing, business development, or communication is an added advantage.
