Job Overview:
We are looking for Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and converting potential customers through social media platforms by creating engaging content, utilizing targeted advertising, and building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create and implement comprehensive social media lead generation strategies aligned with overall business goals.
· Plan, create, and share valuable, engaging content (e.g. videos, blog posts, and infographics) to attract and engage prospects.
· Should have knowledge to Set up, optimize, and manage advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook Lead Ads, LinkedIn Sponsored Content) to amplify reach and capture leads efficiently.
· Monitor social channels, engage in conversations, respond to comments and queries, and use "social listening" to identify opportunities to interact with potential customers and build brand credibility.
· Build relationships to Nurture leads through regular communication and follow-ups to keep them engaged until they are ready to be passed to the sales team.
· Use online research and social media to identify and gather information on potential leads and key decision-makers.
· Proactively contact prospects through social media platforms, as well as email and phone, to introduce the company's products or services.
· Engage with leads to understand their needs, qualify them based on specific criteria, and determine if they are a good fit for the product or service.
· Maintain and update an accurate database of all leads and their interactions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Qualifications & Skills:
· In-depth knowledge of how to use various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) for business and lead generation purposes.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling content and engage effectively with prospects.
· A creative mind-set to develop engaging content and innovative lead generation tactics that stand out in a crowded digital space.
· A results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently to find new opportunities and meet targets.
Technical & Soft Skills:
Experience:
· A minimum of 2–4 years of proven experience in lead generation or digital marketing. Specific experience within the Real Estate, Hotel, Or Hospitality industries is a significant advantage.
· Demonstrated success in managing social media advertising campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads) and a track record of meeting lead quotas.
