Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Creator preferably from Radio Show or Production house with a creative mind set to lead the development and execution of our social media content strategy across our real estate, hospitality, and media divisions. This hands-on role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of platform-specific best practices to build brand awareness and engage our target audiences to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidates should have at least 2-5 years of work experience as a Content Creator, Content Strategist, or similar role preferably from Radio Show or Production house.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, cross-platform content strategies that align with business objectives for the industry verticals (real estate, hospitality, and media) for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality, original content, including short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, and TikTok), captivating images, graphics, and compelling text captions/copy.
• Manage and maintain social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of materials that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Stay updated on industry-related topics and market trends to inform content direction and messaging.
• Optimize all content using relevant hashtags to increase visibility, drive organic traffic, and maximize engagement.
• Collaborate effectively with the internal teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels and support broader campaigns.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive brand image and build audience trust.
• Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, new platforms, and content formats, and integrate innovative ideas into the content strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a related field education.
• Expert knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and analytics tools.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with keen attention to detail and grammar.
• Experience in content creation and editing software (e.g., Jasper AI, Copy.ai, Gemini, Perplexity, Final Cut Pro, Canva, and CapCut etc.) is highly preferred.
• Basic SEO knowledge and experience with keyword research.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Extremely creative mind-set with a passion for visual storytelling and generating fresh, innovative ideas.
