Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content for our real estate properties and hospitality services. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both graphic and video design, using the latest software to create impactful marketing materials, branding elements, and promotional videos that enhance our brand's visual appeal and drive engagement with potential buyers, renters, and guests, while adhering to brand guidelines and design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, flyers, digital ads, social media graphics, website banners, and presentations for real estate and hospitality promotions.

· Create high-quality motion graphics, animated videos, animated logos, and video presentations for digital campaigns, social media, and internal use.

· Help define and maintain the visual identity of our brands by developing and applying brand assets such as logos, colour palettes, and typography across all creative materials.

· Utilize the latest versions of design and video software, such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), to produce high-quality work.

· Work closely with marketing, sales, and management teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual designs.

· Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in graphic design, web design, motion graphics, and video editing to ensure our visual output is modern and effective.

· Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including layout, typography, colour theory, and composition, as well as the principles of animation and motion graphics.

· Ability to tell a compelling story visually through graphics and video to effectively market properties and enhance guest experiences.

Education:

· A Bachelor's degree or the certificate course in Graphic Design, Digital Media is preferred.

Experience:

· Typically, 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience with the use of AI and its tools in the Real Estate, Hospitality, Media House or Luxury Brand industries is preferred.

Software Proficiency:

Graphic Design:

Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Penpot, Canva, Midjourney, Descript, and Adobe Firefly

Video Production & Motion Graphics:

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Runway ML, Renderforest
