Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and qualify potential leads using tools like

    Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Outplay, and Octopus

  • Build accurate and targeted prospect lists aligned with business objectives.
  • Execute

    email campaigns and outreach sequences

    via tools like

    Sendinblue / SendGrid, Zoho Mail, Zapier integrations

    , etc.
  • Manage and update leads in the

    CRM system

    , ensuring data accuracy and follow-up consistency.
  • Set up

    appointments and meetings

    for the sales team with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
  • Communicate confidently with clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn — with a bold, persuasive, and professional tone.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to support

    demand generation

    and lead nurturing initiatives.
  • Track and report key performance metrics like lead conversion, meeting set-ups, and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years

    of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales.
  • Strong experience with

    sales automation and prospecting tools

    (Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outplay, Octopus, etc.).
  • Familiarity with

    CRM platforms

    (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent

    verbal and written English communication

    skills.
  • Experience in running

    email marketing campaigns

    using SendGrid, Zoho Campaigns, or equivalent tools.
  • Confident, proactive, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with a

    result-oriented

    approach and attention to detail.
