If you're passionate about people operations and thrive in a fast-paced IT environment, we want to hear from you! 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, and policy implementation. Manage and monitor employee timesheets and ensure timely submissions and accuracy. Coordinate with departments for resource management and shift planning. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Handle performance management and assist in the appraisal process. Support recruitment efforts and conduct initial HR interviews when required. 🔹 Requirements: 3–4 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the IT industry. Hands-on experience with timesheet management is mandatory. Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor legislation, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
