Job Summary :- We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B lead generation within the IT services domain. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and contributing to revenue growth by generating qualified sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities :- Research and identify new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry platforms, and web tools. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and digital marketing initiatives. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with the company's growth targets. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and refine targeting strategies. Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM systems. Follow up on marketing-generated leads and conduct initial qualification calls. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and the sales team. Understand the company’s offerings to effectively communicate value propositions. Required Qualifications & Skills :- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in lead generation or business development in IT/software services. Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools. Self-motivated, goal-orientated, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications :- Prior experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, or APAC regions). Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus.
