Job Title: Outreach Executive – Lead Generation & Cold Email Campaigns (US Market) – Day Shift

Work Timing: Day Shift – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST

Job Role Overview:
We are hiring an Outreach Executive to generate SEO leads from the US market through targeted cold email campaigns. The role includes prospect research, email list building, running outreach campaigns, responding to interested leads, and booking Zoom meetings for our Sales Team. This is not a calling role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and collect B2B prospect data from the US market (Dentists / Lawyers / Roofing / Ecommerce etc.)
• Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io / LinkedIn / Google Maps / Snov.io or similar tools
• Verify emails using NeverBounce / ZeroBounce / Snov.io
• Launch and manage cold email campaigns using Instantly.ai / Lemlist / Mailshake
• Reply to inbound leads and schedule Zoom meetings for the Sales Team
• Maintain daily & weekly KPI reports using Google Sheets / CRM
• Communicate professionally with US prospects via email

Requirements:

• Experience in Lead Generation / B2B Prospecting / Cold Email Outreach
• Experience with prospecting tools (Apollo / Snov / Instantly / Mailshake preferred)
• Good written English for replying to prospects
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Comfortable working with weekly KPIs and incentives

Salary Range (as per market):
₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience)

• 500–800 prospects collected
• 350–600 verified emails
