Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Intern to join our Marketing and Sales Enablement team. This role involves research, data management, and support in outreach activities to help drive our B2B sales pipeline.

Note: This internship is focused on sales, marketing, and business development support. Candidates without relevant academic or professional background in these areas will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online research to identify and source potential B2B leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Apollo, and other databases.
  • Maintain and update lead databases using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Excel).
  • Assist in executing outbound outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.
  • Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria including industry, company size, job role, and intent signals.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams in organizing lead information, tracking campaigns, and maintaining reporting dashboards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine targeting strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • Strong research and data handling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales funnels and SaaS/IT services is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
