About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Intern to support our B2B sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn about the sales process, market research, and outreach strategies in a fast-paced business environment. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential B2B clients through online sources, industry databases, LinkedIn, and other tools. Generate qualified leads and maintain a clean and organized lead database. Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, or cold calls under guidance. Assist the sales team in outreach campaigns and initial prospect engagement. Maintain records of activities and report weekly progress to the sales team. Support in scheduling calls/meetings for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) or Sales Managers. Stay updated on industry trends, target markets, and competitor activity. Requirements:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication skills – written and verbal. Comfortable with internet research, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools (preferred). A self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently as well as in a team. Preferred Skills (Good to Have):Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar. Prior internship experience in sales/marketing/research roles. Understanding of B2B sales cycle and terminology. What You’ll Gain: Hands-on experience in the B2B sales process.
