Our mission is to empower farmers and enhance productivity by ensuring timely access to trusted agricultural products. Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and field-oriented Retail Sales Executive to expand and manage our agri-input product sales through retail channels in Maharashtra. The role involves engaging with agri-input retailers, creating demand for Gramik's private-label and branded products, and ensuring smooth supply chain coordination. Key Responsibilities: Identify and on-board new agri-input retailers in assigned territories Develop and manage strong relationships with existing retailers Promote and sell Gramiks range of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and cattle feed Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct product training and demonstrations for retailers and their farmer customers Ensure product availability and timely order fulfilment Collect and report market intelligence including competitor activity and farmer demand trends Support promotional campaigns and retailer activation programs Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure seamless supply Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field preferred 1-5 years of field sales experience in agri-input industry Strong understanding of rural markets and agri-input products Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

Role Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to drive sales of Agri- input products (fertilizers, pesticides, bio-fertilizers, cattle feed, seeds, etc.) across villages and districts of Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will work closely with farmers, retailers, and Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) to generate demand, ensure product availability, and build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities • Achieve monthly sales targets of agri-input products in the assigned territory. • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, retailers, and distributors. • Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and farmer meetings to create awareness. • Appoint and support Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) for market penetration. • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and farmer demand trends. • Ensure proper visibility and branding of Gramik products in rural markets. • Collect orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up for payments. • Provide after-sales service and technical guidance to farmers on product usage. • Regular reporting of field activities, sales performance, and market feedback to the Sales Manager. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelors degree/diploma in Agriculture, Agri-business, Rural Management, or related field preferred. • 1–3 years of field sales experience in agri-inputs (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, cattle feed, etc.). Freshers with strong rural/agri background may also apply. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Willingness to travel extensively across villages/districts. • Knowledge of local language (Hindi) and understanding of rural/agri ecosystem. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
