We supply high-quality agri-inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and cattle feed through a hybrid model of B2B (retailers) and B2C (Village Level Entrepreneurs - VLEs). Our mission is to empower farmers and enhance productivity by ensuring timely access to trusted agricultural products. Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and field-oriented Retail Sales Executive to expand and manage our agri-input product sales through retail channels in Maharashtra. The role involves engaging with agri-input retailers, creating demand for Gramik's private-label and branded products, and ensuring smooth supply chain coordination. Key Responsibilities: Identify and on-board new agri-input retailers in assigned territories Develop and manage strong relationships with existing retailers Promote and sell Gramiks range of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and cattle feed Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct product training and demonstrations for retailers and their farmer customers Ensure product availability and timely order fulfilment Collect and report market intelligence including competitor activity and farmer demand trends Support promotional campaigns and retailer activation programs Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure seamless supply Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field preferred 1-5 years of field sales experience in agri-input industry Strong understanding of rural markets and agri-input products Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
