Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design, development, and customization of Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, HR).
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and ensure seamless data flow.
Oversee project execution from development to deployment and maintenance.
Mentor junior developers, review code, and enforce best practices.
Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage upgrades and data migrations.
Provide post-implementation support, training, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors in CS, IT, or related field.
4+ years of Odoo development and customization experience.
Strong Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo ORM; proficient in JavaScript and XML.
Experience with core Odoo modules, ERP concepts, and API integrations.
Familiarity with Git, Linux/Unix, and deployment best practices.
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Preferred:

Odoo certification.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, odoo.sh).
Agile/Scrum experience.
