Job Overview:

The Lead Generation Executive (Fresher) will assist in identifying and qualifying business leads, maintaining prospect databases, and supporting outreach initiatives. The role is designed for a candidate who is beginning their career in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct initial market research and assist in preparing lead lists.

· Use prospecting tools under supervision to collect and validate data.

· Coordinate with senior team members on outreach campaigns.

· Ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills/Technologies/Tools

· Basic familiarity with Excel and Internet research.

· Understanding of prospecting and outreach, to be developed in the role.

· Will be trained in tools such as Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, Bouncer.io.

Good to have Technologies/Tools

· Interest in Lead Generation & CRM tools.

· Curiosity about sales or marketing automation platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
