Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Proficient in
MS Excel, Google Sheets
, and basic CRM tools.
Comfortable with
cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach
.
Role & responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients or target markets using online platforms (LinkedIn, Google, industry databases, etc.).
Collect and maintain accurate records of leads and client information in CRM tools or Excel sheets.
Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, or calls to generate initial interest.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria before passing them to the business development team.
Assist in creating and optimizing outreach messages or email campaigns.
Track and report daily lead generation activities and conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies.
Support in market research to identify new business opportunities.
