Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in sales—preferably in the IT services sector—and a strong ability to identify new business opportunities, nurture leads, and close deals through phone, email, and virtual meetings. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Understand client needs and present relevant IT service offerings (e.g., cloud solutions, managed services, software development, cybersecurity). Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools. Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and product demos for prospects. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and solutions. Follow up on marketing campaigns and attend webinars or industry events as needed. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the IT services industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales. Preferred Skills: Understanding of IT services such as cloud computing, digital transformation, cybersecurity, or managed services. Experience working in a B2B sales environment. Familiarity with lead generation and marketing automation tools.
