Lead Generation Executive

Location: RemoteDepartment: SalesReporting to: Team Lead

Role Overview

The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for prospecting and engaging with US-based vendors and businesses to generate qualified leads for a global procurement platform initiative. The role focuses on

outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline conversion

, ensuring consistent follow-ups and accurate data capture to support the sales and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify, connect with, and qualify potential vendors and businesses for procurement platform participation.Build and manage a strong lead pipeline through structured follow-ups and engagement.Generate interest by communicating platform benefits, registration processes, and participation value.Qualify leads based on defined parameters and hand them off for next-stage engagement.Maintain up-to-date lead and activity records in Excel or CRM tools. (Zoho Preferred)Collaborate with internal teams for lead tracking, reporting, and campaign optimization.Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach, qualification, and conversion targets.Escalate process or data-related issues to the team lead as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills .Proven ability to engage and influence prospects over the phone.Prior experience in international voice processes, inside sales, or B2B lead generation preferred.Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and CRM/data management tools.Highly organized, target-driven, and self-motivated with a proactive approach.Strong multitasking and time-management skills.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline

Experience

6 months–2 years of experience in international calling, B2B lead generation, or inside sales. Exposure to procurement or supply chain-related outreach will be an added advantage.

Work Timings

7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (US Business Hours)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range:

₹2.5 – ₹4 LPA (depending on experience and interview performance)

Night Shift Allowance:

Applicable as per company policy

Incentives:

Performance-based incentives for achieving lead generation and conversion targets
