About the Role

Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through platforms such as

  LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and other digital channels

• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and decision-makers

• Generate and qualify leads through effective outreach, follow-ups, and engagement strategies

• Collaborate with the sales team to drive conversions and achieve monthly targets

• Maintain an up-to-date record of leads, communications, and progress in CRM tools

• Assist in proposal development and client presentations

• Analyze lead performance data and suggest improvements to optimize conversion rates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• 1–2 years of proven experience

  in IT lead generation or business development
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead nurturing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Office, and CRM tools
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently
