Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients through multi-channel outreach including email, LinkedIn, calls, and AI-driven platforms.
    This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to leverage technology to enhance lead generation effectiveness. Freshers with a passion for sales and marketing are welcome to apply. You’ll work closely with the business development team to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads and contribute to achieving organizational growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls, and AI-enabled outreach).

  • Draft professional and persuasive business communication for outreach.

  • Use AI tools to scale and optimize outreach campaigns.

  • Research potential prospects and maintain updated lead databases.

  • Perform due diligence using BANT analysis (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).

  • Qualify leads before passing them to sales or BDMs for follow-up.

  • Track and report outreach activities and conversion metrics.

  • Learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and sales strategies quickly.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Aptitude for learning new technologies and outreach methods.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet lead generation targets.

  • Analytical mindset to assess and qualify prospects effectively.

  • Willingness to work in a structured, goal-driven environment.

Program Details

  • 3 months internship (unpaid)

  • Guaranteed employment for deserving candidates after internship

  • 21 months contract (including 3-month internship)
