Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Team Lead || Outbound process, located in Noida. The Customer Service Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of the outbound customer service team, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service management. Responsibilities include managing customer support, addressing client inquiries, and improving communication between the team and customers. The role requires the ability to assess team performance, provide training, and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
