JD – Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist- Pharma/Lifesciences


Location: Gurgaon, India (Onsite)


Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to own the end-to-end process of building and activating high-quality lead pipelines. This role is perfect for someone who loves digging into data, working with the latest lead gen tools, and running outreach campaigns that drive results.


Key Responsibilities: • Research and shortlist target companies (biotech/pharma, clinical-stage to mid cap) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites, and industry sources.

• Discover and validate key decision-makers (Director/VP level) across Commercial, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Insights & Analytics functions.

• Enrich and verify contact data (emails, phone numbers) using Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or equivalent tools.

• Build targeted outreach lists, ensuring no duplicates and high accuracy.

• Plan and execute multi-step outreach campaigns using tools such as Lemlist, Smartlead, or Mailchimp.

• Monitor deliverability, reply rates, and campaign performance — optimize continuously for better results.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and ensure pipeline quality.


Required Skills & Qualifications: • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in Pharma/Life Sciences or SaaS.

• Strong working knowledge of lead research tools: Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

. • Experience setting up and running campaigns on outreach platforms: Lemlist, Smartlead, Mailchimp (or similar).

• Ability to derive email patterns and verify deliverability (Valid, Catch-all, Risky, Invalid).

• Excellent data management skills (Excel/Google Sheets).

• Strong English communication skills — written and verbal.

• Self-starter with high attention to detail and a bias for action.

Good to Have: • Experience working with U.S. or EU pharma/biotech clients.

• Familiarity with A/B testing and personalization tactics in cold outreach.

• Understanding of therapy areas like oncology, rare diseases, or specialty pharma
