About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients across diverse industries such as Fintech, Healthcare, E-commerce, and Logistics. This role demands a proactive professional with strong research, communication, and analytical skills to help drive our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Prospecting: Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries through web research, LinkedIn, business directories, and other relevant channels.
  • Cold Outreach: Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via emails, calls, and social media (primarily LinkedIn) to engage prospects.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospects based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, or calls between qualified prospects and the senior sales or business development team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of all outreach activities, lead statuses, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and sustain long-term relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and engagement strategies until they are ready for conversion.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs related to lead generation, qualified leads, and appointment setting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferably in IT or B2B domains).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-level professionals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead research platforms.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,188.33 - ₹37,676.01 per month
