Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing while working with a fast-paced and collaborative team. Candidate will assist in executing paid advertising campaigns, optimizing SEO strategies,

creating compelling landing pages, managing social media, and running email marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic reach.
  • Create and optimize landing pages to drive conversions.
  • Develop and schedule email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools.
  • Manage and grow company presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Design basic marketing materials using Canva (social media posts, email templates, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate reports with insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and propose innovative strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience (or coursework) in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.
  • Understanding of landing page design and CRO best practices.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and B2B engagement strategies.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive learning attitude.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • B2B marketing experience is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
