Role Overview

We're looking for a creative Digital Marketing Associate with strong content marketing skills to drive our online presence and SEO rankings across Google and AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity). This role focuses primarily on content creation and organic growth, not paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy (50%)

  • Write 8-10 SEO-optimized blog posts monthly on fleet management, vehicles, and transportation topics
  • Create content for website, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, and email campaigns
  • Research industry trends and develop content calendars
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams on customer-focused content

Social Media Management (10%)

  • Manage LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram presence
  • Create engaging posts, videos, and stories for each platform
  • Monitor conversations and build community engagement

Email & WhatsApp Marketing (10%)

  • Execute email campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention
  • Create WhatsApp marketing campaigns with personalized messaging
  • Build segmented lists and develop automated message sequences
  • Track campaign metrics and optimize performance

SEO & AI Search Optimization (15%)

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO
  • Optimize content for Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI search tools
  • Implement schema markup and structured data
  • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and build quality backlinks

Market Research & Analytics (10%)

  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify content opportunities
  • Track KPIs including traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Podcast Coordination (5%)

  • Identify and coordinate guest appearances on industry podcasts
  • Arrange interviews with fleet owners, logistics experts, and thought leaders
  • Repurpose podcast content into blogs, social posts, and promotional materials

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • 2-4 years in digital marketing with focus on content marketing
  • Portfolio demonstrating blog posts, case studies, and diverse content formats
  • Proven track record of driving organic traffic and engagement

Technical Skills

  • Excellent writing and storytelling abilities with strong grammar
  • SEO expertise: keyword research, on-page optimization, and analytics
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid)
  • Understanding of WhatsApp Business API and social media management tools
  • Familiarity with schema markup and structured data
