As a Digital Marketing Associate at the company, your role will involve creating high-quality content for various platforms like Instagram and YouTube. Key Responsibilities: - Create engaging content that reflects the brand's tone and aesthetic on platforms such as Reels, Stories, Posts, and YouTube Shorts. - Edit videos and images using tools like CapCut, VN, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar software. - Pitch new content ideas regularly, stay updated on social trends, and collaborate with the marketing team to align content with product launches and campaigns. Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or a related field. - Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar. - Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form content best practices. - Comfortable being on-camera for brand videos, product showcases, and lifestyle content. - Ability to independently ideate, script, and execute creative concepts. - Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or others is preferred. - Strong sense of visual aesthetics, storytelling, and audience engagement. - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. - Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines and a content calendar. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and a performance bonus. The ability to commute or relocate to Panipat, Haryana, is preferred. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred for this role.,
