Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Associate to manage day-to-day marketing activities for our hospitality business (hotel, restaurant, bar, banquet) and later support promotions for our real estate and warehouse projects. This is a hands-on execution-focused role for someone who can independently create content, run campaigns, and manage digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management
• Create social media posts, stories, and basic designs using Canva.
• Manage daily social media activity across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Ads
• Run and monitor digital ads on Meta and Google platforms.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
• General
• Update website content, images, menus, offers, and project details.Support basic SEO tasks (keywords, pages, listings).
• Assist with marketing materials for real estate projects (brochures, listings, posts).
• Maintain organized databases of creatives, photos, and campaign files.

Skills Required

• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to independently create clean and appealing designs on Canva.
• Experience running or assisting with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of SEO basics and website updates.
• Strong written communication skills for captions, posts, and project descriptions.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage work without supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (hospitality experience is a plus).
• Prior experience managing social media pages for a brand is required.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Canva is essential.
• Photography/videography knowledge is an added advantage.
