Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests and clients with a positive attitude, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to upon arrival.
  • Managing Communications: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for staff and management.
  • Maintaining Front Office: Ensure the front office area is organized, clean, and safe, and manage office supplies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and staff.
  • Education: Degree Holder additional qualifications in administration or customer service are a plus.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
