Role Overview

Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across

  Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

  ,

  Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)

  , and

  LinkedIn Ads

  .
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution including audience segmentation, ad creatives, copy testing, bidding, and budget allocation.
• Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPL, etc.) to ensure campaigns deliver against KPIs.
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
• Continuously run

  A/B tests

  to improve conversions and reduce acquisition costs.
• Stay up to date with platform changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
• Report campaign performance and insights to the leadership team with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 24 years of hands-on experience

  managing paid campaigns for

  D2C businesses

  .
• Proven expertise in

  Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

  .
• Strong understanding of

  performance metrics

  and ability to optimize campaigns for

  CAC, ROAS, and LTV

  .
• Proficiency with tools like

  Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  .
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability.
