• Must have the knowledge of Windows/Linux OS.
• Must have the fair knowledge of Network.
• NNMi installation, upgrade & troubleshooting.
• Monitor network health, availability, and performance across physical, virtual environments.
• User group, creation & modification.
• Perform fault and performance monitoring with real-time insights.
• Incident policy creation (Event enabling & disabling).
• Network topology map creation & modification.
• Configure and manage incident workflows, alerts, and diagnostics for faster resolution.
• Must have the experience in (MPLS, Traffic etc..)
• Integrate with other ITOM tools for unified observability and reporting.
• Troubleshoot network issues like (Device on Boarding, reporting etc..)
• Knowledge of SQL databases / advanced queries for customized reports.
• NA installation, upgrade & troubleshooting.
• Automate network device lifecycle: provisioning, configuration, compliance, and change management.
• Develop and manage change plans, configuration backups, and compliance audits.
• Implement security and compliance policies with auto-remediation.
• Create automation workflows and scripts to reduce manual tasks.
• Integrate NA with NNM for bidirectional inventory sync, SNMP trap forwarding, and cross-launch capabilities.
· Provide L3 support and ownership for OpenText Operations Bridge (OpsB) containerised deployments.
· Triage, diagnose and resolve complex incidents escalated from L1/L2; perform RCA and long-term fixes.
· Design, deploy and maintain OpsB components running in containers (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
· Install, configure, upgrade and patch OpsB microservices, operators and Helm charts.
· Manage cluster-level concerns that impact OpsB: node problems, storage, networking, resource limits, pod restarts.
· Integrate OpsB with upstream/downstream systems (APM, ticketing/ITSM, logging, metrics and alerting stacks).
· Configurations & Support for failover and disaster recovery.
· Knowledge of SQL databases & creating custom flex reports.
· Perform performance tuning, capacity planning and proactive health checks for the OpsB environment.
· Provide mentoring, knowledge transfer and escalate vendor bugs to OpenText when needed.
