Operating in the US shift,

What the Role Offers:

  • Achieve individual KPIs including qualified pipeline generation, conversion rates, and follow-up effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance to other Account Development Executives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align strategies, messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Monitor team activity metrics, identify improvement areas, and contribute to process optimization.
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and ensure best practices across all sales development tools.

What you Need to Succeed:

  • 8 - 10 years of total experience, with at least 5+ years in inbound and outbound sales development or B2B demand generation.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales development KPIs in a global or

    US market context.

  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Salesloft, Lusha, and related prospecting tools.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring or supporting ADE teams.
  • Highly driven, proactive, and motivated to grow into a sales leadership or team lead role.
