Role Overview We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, risk, and operations to deliver actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify trends and generate business insights Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track performance across various products Conduct exploratory data analysis to support business decisions Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and enable data-driven solutions Monitor performance metrics and alert teams to anomalies Build predictive and segmentation models (optional, based on experience) Provide regular reporting on key metrics to senior management Requirements Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field 13 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or e-commerce Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and A/B testing Strong communication and presentation skills Nice To Have Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, etc.) Prior experience in risk analytics, lending, or financial product data Familiarity with version control tools like Git Why Join KreditBee?
