Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Stewarding (KST) Supervisor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise kitchen steward activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with customers and staff.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures is essential.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
