To lead the Tied Agency channel Enablement Team and drive Key Strategic and Go to Market approaches and key strategic program management. The key leader shall also be over all responsible for the Annual channel deliverable across metrics by driving sales effectiveness and support the Business Head to drive performances and sales behaviors. The leader shall also be responsible for channel P&L and cost optimization across vectors of the Tied Agency Business by driving various initiatives including building sales performances.


The Leader shall work very closed with the Head of Business to drive following across the channel


  • Develop and Execute customized Programs for Tied Agency channel that directly motivate the sales force and Agents
  • Align Reward structures with sales Targets, define key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales force keeping in mind the channel deliverables
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify high-impact behaviors and achievements to recognize and drive effectiveness through structured Sales management Process
  • Manage incentive programs such as Sales contests, Spot Awards, Quarterly/Annual Awards, Power clubs / MDRTs
  • Oversee Non-monetary recognition initiatives (peer-to-peer recognition, shout-outs, leaderboards)
  • Ensure timely and transparent communication of rewards criteria and outcomes and fulfilment in collaboration with channel Teams
  • Manage Budgets for sales Reward Programs ensuring cost-effectiveness with in Tied Agency
  • Ensure all reward programs comply with company policies and relevant regulations
  • Formulate long-term and short-term strategies for the Tied channel to drive sustainable growth in consultation with the Head of Agency / Business Head
  • Define clear goals, KPIs, and action plans for agency channel expansion and productivity improvement
  • Develop strategies for recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-quality agents including MBG management
  • Design and implement segmentation strategies to optimize agent coverage and focus on high-potential markets
  • Collaborate with training and support teams to enhance agent capabilities and engagement
  • Monitor Tied channel performance regularly against targets and benchmarks
  • Utilize Data analytics to gain insights into agent productivity, sales patterns, and customer acquisition
  • Recommend corrective actions and continuous improvements based on data-driven insights
  • Identify and pilot new tools, Technologies, and Processes to improve Agency effectiveness
  • Drive Adoption of Digital enablement solutions for Life Advisors and Agency Associates
  • Protection Business Penetration and Product strategy as per Channel dynamics
  • Over see penetration of Agency Associates Business with in Tied Agency to deliver channel expectations
  • Manage the New Business effectiveness and drive FTR across the channel
  • Drive Strong rigor, Rhythm and Governance through focused Dash boards /Review mechanisms
  • Performance management across sales hierarchy
