Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Identify, approach, and build relationships with government bodies, including District Magistrates, and other senior officials. • Present and promote company products to different govt department through effective presentations (PPTs) and demos. • Develop and manage key institutional and government accounts to drive business growth. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders and customer satisfaction. • Maintain and update sales performance data and client interactions using MIS tools and Microsoft Office. • Plan and conduct extensive travel across assigned territories for client meetings and business development. Required Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare, surgical, or institutional sales. • Science or Pharma background preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and handling MIS reports. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Comfortable with extensive field travel across districts and states. Experience in dealing with government procurement processes. • Prior work with public sector healthcare institutions or tenders is an added advantage.
