Job Description

  1. JOB PURPOSE:

    The objective of the job is to improve sales of Personal Loans through the Fintech channels through on-boarding new channels & improving productivity in the existing channels.

2.

  • Improve the distribution of Personal Loan through partnering with top Fintechs in the country.
  • Improve the sales numbers through existing & new Fintech channels
  • Minimum 30 crore productivity per KAM is expected
  • Tech understanding developing new journeys through market mapping, improvement in the current journeys best practices followed in the industry
  • Should be well versed with the language of the lender should have basic understanding of the portfolio terminologies

  • Educational Qualifications

Minimum MBA

  • Functional Skills

Candidate must have knowledge of the PL industry

Must have worked with at least 1 top lender or 1 top Fintech

Must know the processes followed in the industry by different lenders & Fintechs

Must have basic understanding of call centre functioning

Must be proficient in MS tools

Must have good communication & presentation skills

Relevant and total years of Experience

At least 2+ years of experience such as Key Account Manager, Relationship Manager, Partnership Manager, Business Development Manager roles.
