Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Staff member located in Saoner. The Field Staff will be responsible for conducting field visits, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and troubleshooting problems. Daily tasks include delivering excellent customer service, collecting data, and providing training to customers. The role also involves analyzing information and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for data collection and analysis Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members Troubleshooting abilities for resolving issues promptly Exemplary Customer Service skills Experience in Providing Training to customers or staff Ability to work independently and in a team High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in a related field is a plus Previous experience in a field role, preferably in the finance or loan sector, is advantageous Show more Show less
