What will you be doing?
The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for developing a strategic plan for the Biologics category in the region. Driving Biologics as a therapy area in the RCR and work growing SNN Market share in the overall shoulder segment.
- Working with insurance companies to help build access to therapy Establishing the strategy to build long-term relationship with the Key Accounts of Smith and Nephew for the assigned area/zone.
- Implementing sustainable action plans to establish Smith and Nephew as a Brand among the Key Accounts that will contribute to the high growth opportunities
- Driving differentiation as a category of biologics Managing the account with a 360 Deg approach
- Working with the counsellors to build patient confidence in therapy
- Identifying right patients' category with the surgeons focusing on the right indications Developing strong relationships at the key customer accounts to build a strong partnership for expanding the business opportunities across all divisions.
- Developing and implement an account plan to grow the revenues at the account above market average
- Delivering on revenues on the Annual Sales Plan in line with Sales budget defined Monitoring product mix performance & implement corrective measures where necessary
- Be accountable for the commercial performance & growth in share of wallet of the Focus account Working with the BU sales teams to manage price / performance matrix and optimize & capture price where possible
- Producing monthly prospect pipeline & forecast Collaborating with Service Manager to develop joint initiatives and provide appropriate customer care
What will you need to be successful?
Successful candidates would need the following:
- Graduate preferably in Science/Post Graduation preferred
- Licenses/ Certifications: Optional, but good to have
- Overall 15+ years’ experience / 5-7 years in Key Account Management
- Driven and result oriented approach
- Strong communication, interpersonal skill
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Travel Requirements: 50–75%
