Job Description

Job Title: Key Account Manager - Industrial Sales

Job Summary:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Serve as the main point of contact for assigned industrial key accounts, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and performance.
  • Account Development:

    Identify and seize opportunities to grow business within existing accounts by understanding technical requirements and offering appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Strategic Planning:

    Create and implement account plans aligned with client goals and company strategy, with a focus on industrial sales cycles and procurement processes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Coordinate with engineering, production, logistics, and customer service teams to deliver value-added solutions to clients.
  • Contract and Negotiation:

    Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations with industrial clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Technical Expertise:

    Understand industrial applications and be able to communicate technical product specifications effectively.
  • Market Awareness:

    Stay informed about trends and developments in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, including competitors and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    4-5 years of experience in industrial sales or key account management

    within sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, heavy equipment, or industrial automation
  • Proven track record of managing complex B2C accounts and achieving sales targets in the industrial domain
  • Strong understanding of industrial procurement cycles, technical selling, and product lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or related field (Master's or MBA is a plus)

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range:

    Rs. 7 Lakh to 8 Lakh (depending on experience and qualifications)
  • Performance Incentive:

    based on targets and KPIs
