Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary consultant for a portfolio of high-value, "large key accounts," overseeing their end-to-end travel and expense management lifecycle.
  • Identify white-space opportunities within existing accounts to pitch and close additional roducts/services, ensuring a consistent trajectory toward upselling targets.
  • Partner with client leadership to align our travel technology with their corporate goals, effectively acting as a business development lead to expand our footprint within their subsidiaries or partner networks.
  • Take full ownership of monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive engagement and account optimization.
  • Maintain deep awareness of market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic, value-added insights that solidify client retention.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 58 years of relevant experience in

    B2B Key Account Management

    .
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio with a

    monthly revenue of at least 30L

    .
  • Familiarity with a fast-paced startup environment, ideally within the corporate travel or SaaS sector.
  • MBA is Mandatory

    for candidates coming from non-travel backgrounds to ensure strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Strong proficiency in Regional and English Language.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for high-stakes client meetings and relationship building.

  • Work Schedule: 5 days working; work from office.
  • Generous, uncapped incentive structure or bonus plan directly tied to team and individual revenue targets and overall P&L performance.
  • High ownership and P&L accountability.
