Must be having good hands-on experience of handling major OEMs and Tier 1 Suppliers.
New Customer and New Business acquisition
Interact closely with Engineering and Application Support team on understand new programs and technologies.
Propose value proposition to customers and manage product positioning.
Generate RFQ, Quotations and Negotiations.
Arrange sample trials and product validation by customers.
Meeting customer requirements/ managing programs.
Secure and stabilize business.
Build strong relationship at all levels with customer
stakeholders, and team members, conveying information
clearly and diplomatically.
