Role & responsibilities

  • Graduate / Post Graduation with 7-10 years of relevant experience in B2B sales
  • Knowledge of payment industry.
  • Must possess excellent communication in written & spoken English.
  • Knowledge of mapping the prospective organization and building interpersonal relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Well versed with understanding statutory requirements and employee benefits industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Should have the ability to work with cross functional teams to achieve goals.
  • Maturity, aptitude for solution sales and ability work with deadlines
  • Should be patient and persuasive. Data-driven.
  • Industry: prepaid issuance, employee benefits and corporate solutions
  • Must be good in key account Management & client acquisition
  • Must be able to prepare customized proposals (knowledge of MS Office necessary) and handle negotiations effectively.
  • Knowledge of ethical link-building strategies like guest posting, social profiling, influencer outreach, and content marketing.
  • Basic understanding of social media & funnel management.
  • Proficient in Analyzing data with the help of MS Office or any other BI tool.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / post-graduate
  • Proficiency of Kanada language is mandatory for this role
  • 7 - 9 years of relevant work experience in sales acquisition role
  • Good written / verbal knowledge of local language in the market
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams across departments
  • Data oriented and analytical in decision making abilities
  • Prior experience of B2B sales is important for this role
  • Proficiency in spoken English, is mandatory for this role
  • This would be in-office role (not a field sales role). Experience of handling B2B SME corporate clients is a must.
