Position: Key Account Manager SME & Corporate Vertical

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic insurance professional to drive growth and relationship management across SME and mid-corporate clients. The ideal candidate will manage key corporate accounts, design customized insurance solutions, and ensure seamless servicing in collaboration with insurers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and grow a portfolio of SME and corporate clients across property, liability, motor, health, and specialty lines. • Identify client needs and structure appropriate insurance programs and renewals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and insurers. • Coordinate with operations, claims, and compliance teams for efficient service delivery. • Achieve defined revenue and retention targets. Requirements: • Graduate/Postgraduate with 37 years’ experience in insurance broking or corporate sales. • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and client engagement. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
