Direct Sales:
Generate and manage sales opportunities directly with end-user clients in the assigned area.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads into long-term customers through targeted outreach and follow-up.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.
Solution Selling:
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services tailored to their business requirements.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
Provide accurate sales forecasts, maintain customer data in CRM tools, and report on territory performance regularly.
Territory Planning:
Strategically plan visits, meetings, and follow-ups to maximize coverage and sales effectiveness in the assigned region.
After-Sales Support Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, installation (if applicable), and post-sales support.
Market Insight:
Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Requirements:

Experience:
1-2 years of proven success in direct sales to end-users in manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close high-value deals independently
Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office tools
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
