Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage key client accounts to drive business growth through effective account management, relationship building, and strategic planning.
  • Develop and execute customized marketing solutions for clients across various industries (FMCG, Retail, Pharma).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or related field (Account Management/Business Development/Client Acquisition).
  • Strong understanding of FMCG, Retail & Pharma industries with ability to develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through successful account management initiatives.
