Key Account Manager Location: Nagpur, India (On-site, Full-time) Team: Sales & Business Development Were hiring a Key Account Manager to drive new business growth in the Employer of Record (EOR) space. Youll be on the front lines, identifying opportunities, solving real client problems, and helping companies grow across borders. JD Drive new business growth by developing and executing a sales strategy focused on acquiring new clients in the EOR sector. Identify, qualify, and close opportunities through proactive outreach, discovery calls, and tailored proposals. Understand client needs through detailed consultations and deliver EOR solutions that solve real workforce challenges. Present and negotiate with senior decision-makers to close deals and build long-term relationships. Stay informed on EOR market trends, competitive offerings, and evolving client needs. Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts. Optionally coach or mentor junior sales team members as we scale. What we’re looking for: 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the service industry. Experience in HR, payroll, staffing, or EOR is a strong plus. Proven success in exceeding sales targets and driving consistent revenue growth. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage clients from mid-level to C-suite. Consultative sales approach, able to map customer pain points to actionable solutions. CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and familiarity with sales automation tools. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a high level of personal accountability. Job Description • Assignment Management: Coordinate end-to-end processes for international assignments, permanent transfers, business travellers, and remote workers. • Policy Compliance: Ensure mobility policies are applied consistently and aligned with corporate guidelines, labour laws, tax requirements, and immigration regulations. • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external providers (immigration consultants, tax advisors, relocation services, etc.) to ensure seamless employee support. • Immigration Support: Oversee visa/work permit processes in collaboration with legal and immigration partners. • Relocation Support: Assist employees and their families with relocation logistics, including mandatory registration upon arrival. • Tax and Compensation: Coordinate with payroll and tax advisors to ensure proper compensation delivery, tax equalisation, and compliance with home/host country tax laws. • Advisory and Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert on global mobility issues, advising HR Business Partners and managers on mobility-related decisions. • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance mobility processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and employee satisfaction. • Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, generate reports on mobility activities, and provide insights for strategic decision-making. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, International Relations, or related field. • 1+ years of experience in global mobility, international HR, or expatriate management. • Strong understanding of immigration and labour law considerations. • Experience working with global mobility vendors and tools (e.g. assignment management software). • Strong project management and organisational skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a global mindset. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
