Global Mobility Specialist

Job Description • Assignment Management: Coordinate end-to-end processes for international assignments, permanent transfers, business travellers, and remote workers. • Policy Compliance: Ensure mobility policies are applied consistently and aligned with corporate guidelines, labour laws, tax requirements, and immigration regulations. • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external providers (immigration consultants, tax advisors, relocation services, etc.) to ensure seamless employee support. • Immigration Support: Oversee visa/work permit processes in collaboration with legal and immigration partners. • Relocation Support: Assist employees and their families with relocation logistics, including mandatory registration upon arrival. • Tax and Compensation: Coordinate with payroll and tax advisors to ensure proper compensation delivery, tax equalisation, and compliance with home/host country tax laws. • Advisory and Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert on global mobility issues, advising HR Business Partners and managers on mobility-related decisions. • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance mobility processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and employee satisfaction. • Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, generate reports on mobility activities, and provide insights for strategic decision-making. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, International Relations, or related field. • 1+ years of experience in global mobility, international HR, or expatriate management. • Strong understanding of immigration and labour law considerations. • Experience working with global mobility vendors and tools (e.g. assignment management software). • Strong project management and organisational skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a global mindset. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
